Your idea comes across really well and other connotations like fear with the use of pictures.(it's clear). For violence maybe you could look at action films like James Bond that to some extent promote and idolise violence. Try not to be too narrow when researching violence look at all platforms.
I Really like the idea, as violence is always a big issue in todays society, as if its a broken record, this is good because you can show the consumption of the media in more depth and detail. Instead of finding a lot of films for a text, more easier to use video games, as they have more impact than anything else. For example the fact Call of Duty is an 18, yet you can join the army at 16, it is a good idea of media consumption. Making sure all platforms are covered can be a problem
