IS HE SAYING STUDENTS DONT HAVE A LIFE??..we students multitask (we have to) this was in the video...because we study things that are irrelevant to us and how we read 8 books in a year and write over 500 pages of email also in their case only 18% of the teachers kno their name, which must not feel very nice!!

>ii liked a comment one of the students held up on paper she said 'i did NOT create the problems but they are my problems' but we all know we have to get through those problems to better our future with education...................(sigh)

The second video 'The Machine is us' illustrates that We Are The Web and that we teach the machine e.g everytime we forget a link between words, we teach it an idea. I must say ii love that Digital text exists..because its flexible, The you are able to jus type out your idea then joggle it about to create a fine sentence. Its important to realise 'The web is no longer just linking information...The web is linking people'..'people sharing,trading and collaborating..' >>Facebook, Youtube, Wikipedia..etc
